It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatables/ equipment. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
Avoid food and drink on all inflatables to avoid chocking and mess to the inflatables.
All shoes, jewellery, badges, earrings etc should be removed.
No face-paints, party-poppers- silly-string to be used on the inflatables as they can permanently stain the inflatables.
No smoking or BBQ within 10 metres of the inflatables.
No climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls its DANGEROUS and is not acceptable it also breaks our equipment.
A responsible adult over the age of 18 must supervise the inflatables at all times.
Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit numbers depending on age and size, to stop older ones colliding with younger ones.
If the inflatable is not being used for part of the day, please switch the blower off at your mains to save on electricity and wear and tear on the blower its self.
Do NOT allow users to bounce on the front step it's there to assist users getting on and off the inflatable only.
Please ensure that no users with a history of neck-shoulders or back problems use the inflatable equipment.
Do NOT allow children on the inflatable during inflation and deflation.
In the event of any rain, it is STRONGLY advised that the inflatable is to be switched off, and any wetness including bubbling is to be dried with a towel before commencing use of the equipment to avoid slipping and injury.
Do not use in strong winds the MAXIMUM wind speed for inflatables is 24 mph.
Do NOT move any equipment once we have installed it.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that any equipment hired is suitable for the venue for which it is intended. Infl8 Bouncy Castles will be happy to advise you on sizes and suitability. If you order an item or items that do not fit the delivery venue, then the hire will not be able to go ahead, however you may still be charged in full for the items. Therefore it is important to check suitability before you book. If you have any doubts about the space required, it is your responsibility to check with us before placing your order.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in, if it is returned in a dirty condition as deemed infl8- hire at the time of collection then a fee will be charged. This amount £50 must be paid within 7 days of the party/event.
Any damage to the inflatables or equipment will be charged accordingly. I.e., replacement or repair.
